If you cannot meet this condition and if you are exporting, the export of the last year must be 250 thousand dollars. If you want to get a permit to employ foreign workers, you must meet this condition.
  • The conditions for employing foreign workers will be different for foreigners who will become partners in the company. If a foreign employee is a partner in a company, the employee must have at least 20% of the company’s shares and the share value must be at least 40 thousand TL.
  • The last thing we can say about the conditions for employing foreign workers is that the salary to be paid to the employee must be in line with the employee’s job description and must be more than the minimum wage.
